The quickest way for ACCA to communicate with you is by e-communication mail (such as email and SMS).
It is now possible for you to receive all your communication from us via e-communication - including exam results or making exam entries online. It's much quicker, more convenient and avoids you having to wait for unreliable postal services for important information. But we need you to make sure we have an up-to-date email address and mobile number for you.
All we ask you to do is update your details at myACCA. You to can receive information in the following ways:
- Receive all correspondence from ACCA by e-communication (including exam results, dockets, exam entry forms etc.)
- Receive publications and promotional information by e-communications but still receive exam results, dockets and exam entry forms by paper.
- Only receive exam results, dockets, exam entry forms etc by paper. You will not receive any other type of communication from ACCA.
